We partnered with Rakuten Viber, one of the most widely used communication platforms in Bulgaria. Through Viber, we created a dedicated community of nearly 10,000 members, supported by custom stickers, gems, in-app banners, and ongoing content. This allowed the campaign to move from a one-time interaction to an ongoing presence in people’s daily communication, strengthening the sense of belonging and collective action.
